Great location with easy access to transportation, shopping, and food. There are plenty of options for complementary amenities, including laundry facilities and an iron and ironing board. the hotel is situated near a large shopping center and a park, which provides a nice escape from the city.
The restaurant on level 4 was average at best. the selection of food was limited, and it was not very flavorful.

We really loved the location of this place, nestled among modern hilly residential neighborhoods. It gave us a sense of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service from the moment we checked in until we left. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. We were also pleased to find free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which made it convenient for us to stay connected.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spacious & clean room, efficient air purifier, short walk to train and monorail station, hot spring spa nearby, fair rates.
Nothing all excellent.

Conveniently located close to Sanrio Puroland with many nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with a great breakfast provided. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. Transportation options were easily accessible, including Tama-Tachikawa monorail and close proximity to Tama center.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Located in a vibrant and bustling area close to the train station, Tama Center, and offering a good range of shopping and dining options. Rooms are spacious and offer nice amenities, including toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and towels that you can choose to reuse. A good selection of breakfast items, including Japanese and Western dishes, are available.
The hotel lacked a computer corner or Wi-Fi in the lobby, which made it difficult to stay connected.
